Rapidan, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. You'll continue for about half a mile before the road becomes James Madison Highway, and you'll stay on that for just over a mile until you reach the roundabout area near downtown Culpeper. Navigate through the roundabout onto Colonel Jameson Boulevard, then follow the signs through the next roundabout onto North West Street, which you'll take for about three-quarters of a mile. Turn right onto West Chandler Street, then left onto South Blue Ridge Avenue, and after a short stretch, turn right onto Madison Road (US 29 BUS) for about 2.3 miles. When Madison Road ends, turn right onto James Madison Highway (US 15) and follow it for nearly 6 miles as it heads out into the countryside toward Rapidan. Finally, turn right onto Cedar Ridge Road (SR 648) and continue for about 0.7 miles—you'll be looking for open land with survey stakes marking the lot boundaries on your left.
