Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. You'll continue for about half a mile before the road becomes James Madison Highway as you head through town for another mile or so. After passing through a couple of roundabouts on Colonel Jameson Boulevard, you'll merge onto Sperryville Pike (US 522) and follow it for roughly four miles as it takes you out into the countryside. Turn left onto Norman Road (SR 633) and drive about three more miles—this is where things get nicely rural, so you're getting close to the lot. You'll be looking for open land with survey stakes marking the property boundaries; GPS can get a bit spotty out here, so feel free to give us a call if you need any clarification once you're in the area!
