Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. You'll continue straight as the road becomes James Madison Highway, and then you'll navigate through a series of roundabouts on Colonel Jameson Boulevard before bearing right onto Sperryville Pike (US 522) — this scenic stretch runs for about 6 miles through the countryside. Turn left onto Griffinsburg Road and continue for nearly 3 miles, then make a final left onto Kovi Ridge Trail, where you'll find the lot on your left after about 0.7 miles. The total drive is just under 12 miles and should take about 20 minutes. Since this final stretch is rural, GPS can be a bit spotty out here — feel free to give our office a call if you need any guidance, and look for survey stakes or cleared land marking the property.
