Trigon Homes was founded in 1997 with the unique objective of making semi-custom homes available to all buyers. They took the time to listen to the individual needs of their customers and were enthusiastic about making small changes to their standard builder's plans that would suit and reflect their buyer's personal lifestyle and preferences. By filling the void between custom and track building, Trigon was able to secure its place in the future of home building in the Culpeper area.
Today Trigon's reputation is the result of our quality construction, products, employees and suppliers as well as the individuality each customer brings to the building process. We enjoy working with our customers to create their dream home. While we have many standard house plans, we have never build the same home twice. Every customer has different idea and individual priorities, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing our customers delighted with a home they helped create.
While we enjoy the art of construction, Trigon realized the importance of giving back to the local community. We participate in the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and the Piedmont Virginia Building Industry Association, which recently named Walter Cheatle the "Builder Member of the Year in 2003, 2004 and 2007. Trigon also supports numerous worthy causes, such as Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, the Culpeper Regional Hospital, Culpeper Renaissance Inc., the American Cancer Society, and the construction of Germana Community College's new Technical Center and SAFE's new office building.
Trigon is proud of its past and present and we are eager to start the future with your home.
